Ramdev Ferro Alloys

Stainless Steel 316 Patti is a flat, rectangular strip of stainless steel made from grade 316 austenitic stainless steel, which contains molybdenum (Mo) in addition to chromium and nickel. This enhances its resistance to chlorides, chemicals, and harsh environments, making it more durable than 304 or 202 stainless steel pattis.

• Shape: Flat strip (patti) with smooth or sharp edges

• Surface Finish: Hot rolled, cold drawn, pickled, or polished

• Standards: ASTM A276, A479, ASME SA276, EN, DIN, JIS

• Chromium (Cr): 16 – 18%

• Nickel (Ni): 10 – 14%

• Molybdenum (Mo): 2 – 3%

• Carbon (C): ≤ 0.08%

• Iron (Fe): Balance

• Tensile Strength: ≥ 515 MPa

• Yield Strength: ≥ 205 MPa

• Elongation: 40% minimum

• Hardness: 217 HB max
